• Minors

Any Customer using the website who is a minor (under the age of 18) shall not be able to make any transactions. After inter the right details of your bank card and processing the payment you will have a smashing message that your payment is priced.

• Legal

Any clients who would use the online payment method must use an online card that is approved and authorized only by the UAE government, besides should be a real bank account. (e.g. bitcoin, smiles, or any other online sources of payment) are not accepted.

 Privacy and policy of online payment

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. The website policies and teams should keep it for only proof if any cases happen in the future, as evidence.

• Mentioned in official website, the update of fees happens to two main conditions if they are met, at the beginning of the academic year, besides, they approve of department of education and knowledge.
• There are no other websites for representing prices than www.unitedschool.ae, neither there is no social media accounts is responding to share the prices, the main official one and it will be updated date to date with the prices and fees form.

Method of Payment

United Private School accepts online payments using VISA and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED only. Reserves the right to accept or decline credit.

 Delivery of the invoices Policy

Clients should receive an SMS  and email for successful of their payments each time they produced and E-Bill.

 Refund/Return Policy

• Refunds cannot be made once an order has been processed, except for tuition fees If the clients would leave school, Refer to the department of accounts and registrations for calculations.
• In case a refund needs to be processed. The refund will be the original mode of payment only. If the payment was done was card the refund will be processed to the card only.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Services (e.g., academic transcript) cannot be cancelled once an order has been processed, and any requests to replace a service will incur the relevant fee as outlined in Fee Payment Policy.
