UPS believes that parent-teacher conferences are an opportunity to establish solid, clear communication between parents and teachers. Since children are different at home and in school, both the parent and the teacher can gain understanding of the child, and therefore, be more effective in helping him or her achieve their full potential. Teachers often introduce parents to their teaching style, disciplinary methods, and classroom policies early in the year, so parents are kept updated all the time with anything related to their child’s education. Hence, UPS’s first parent-teacher conference was held on Tuesday, October 8, 2019.
